Custom Manure Application Service
Agitation
It all starts up front with agitation! Whether it is deep pitted barns or outside lagoons, it is our attention to detail that we take great pride in. Quality agitation allows us to get pits empty, giving the maximum storage for the following season.
Transportation
Out of the pit and into the hose, using both 10” and 8” mainline to get liquid manure from the site to the field. This happens with the combination of our in-line pumps and PUCKS LIGHTSPEED engine control systems. We can safely monitor and maintain our working pressure of the manure delivery and fluid in the hose, minimizing road traffic and increasing our working time. Staging hose and field layouts allow us to keep our applicator moving across the field.
Application
We directly inject the manure into the soil as fertilizer for the field. This maximizes nutrient value of the manure and provides the food for the next year’s crops. With the use of GPS technology, we are able to record an as-applied map showing exactly where the manure is applied for your manure management plan.

LIQUID PUMPING
Emptying your manure pit is not an easy job. However, we have the right equipment to make this job a breeze for you. With our drag hoses, we inject your liquid manure into the fields for you. We use precision technology, miles of hose, and large capacity booster pumps to efficiently transport the liquid manure. Every pump in our system can be controlled from the application tractor, which adds more safety and control to our system, regardless of the distance.
Nutrient management
We offer direct injections of manure into the soil as fertilizer in the field. This maximizes nutrient values of the manure and offers precise placement to the crops. Injection is the safest way, environmentally, to handle liquid manure, minimizing any runoffs and odor.
Commercial Custom Manure Application
Our custom commercial manure application services allow livestock producers to focus on livestock concerns. Because of biosecurity requirements for large hog and cattle producers, we take extreme precautions to minimize the probability of transferring pathogens from one farm to another and safeguard customers’ livestock health and property.
